As part of our commitment to sustainability, the AW26 Collection is available made to order at a two to six week lead-time, with the goal of avoiding surplus stock and raw materials, and offering sustainable, British-made clothing with the smallest mark-up possible. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:
PAYMENT TERMS
Full Upfront Payment: Full payment is required at checkout to secure your item(s). This is processed like a standard sale, but with an extended fulfilment time.
Payment Processing: We use secure payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to handle all transactions.
SIZING
All sizing is Italian European. For exact corresponding body measurements in centimetres, please refer to our size guide.
If you have any questions regarding sizing of your order, please contact us at albertkingsleymeek@gmail.com. Appointments at our West London Studio can also be made for free sizing consultation and to try sample sizes on before purchase
Bespoke sizing outside of the current fit range is available upon request, as well as alterations to existing sizes. Please contact us at albertkingsleymeek@gmail.com for more details.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon receipt of your order, you will be sent a confirmation with invoice and an estimated date of shipment. As the item will be made to order, please contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. A lack of response will constitute acknowledgement and acceptance of the order confirmation.
DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT
All items are made to order in London and have a lead time of between two and six weeks, meaning they will ship between to and six weeks from your order being placed.
If you require an order to be shipped faster than the standard lead time, please contact us at albertkingsleymeek@gmail.com. We will do our best to accomadate any requests however we cannot guarantee.
The expected shipping date is clearly stated on the product page, in your cart, and in your order confirmation email. Please note that production and delivery dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, raw material delays).
If the shipping date changes, we will notify you promptly via email and provide a new estimated date.
We will notify you once your order is ready to ship and once it has been shipped, along with a tracking number.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
As all items are made-to-order, in accordance with UK law we can only accept a return if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if there are any issues. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at albertkingsleymeek@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
